We take responsibility to ensure that our products match the product description and images shown.
It is your responsibility to provide the correct personalisation information for your order. If you make a mistake please let us know as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been dispatched it can be updated; however if your order has already been dispatched you will need to resubmit your order with the correct details.
We do not offer returns and refunds due to the nature of our products being personalised. However; if we have made a mistake with your order please let us know and we will sort out a replacement.
Please be aware that refunds will not be given for cards that do not arrive in time for an event. It is your responsibility to order within plenty of time. Refunds will only be given if 10 working days have passed as this is when Royal Mail deem the item as 'lost' and we can file a claim with them.
