Postage 

• Orders are sent 2nd Class Royal Mail as standard for orders up to the value of £10.00. This service is untracked so I cannot advise on the whereabouts of your order. 
• Orders over the value of £10.00 are sent either Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Royal Mail Tracked 48. You can select your preferred method at checkout. 

2nd Class Postage - FREE (3-5 working days) - Available on orders up to the value of £10.00 

Royal Mail Tracked 24 -  £3.65 (1 working day - please note normal processing times still apply) 

Royal Mail Tracked 48 -  £2.75 (2 working days - please note normal processing times still apply) 

 

Important

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Please order in plenty of time to avoid disappointment of orders not arriving on time. 

Refunds will not be given for orders that do not arrive in time for an event. 

Orders are not classed as 'lost' by Royal Mail until 10 working days have passed. Please bear this in mind when ordering and ensure you have plenty of time to receive your order.
